300TPD Kraft Paper Making Machine Available

This 300TPD kraft paper machine is configured with an operating speed of 350–400 m/min and a design speed of 450 m/min; combined with a dynamic balancing speed of 500 m/min, it provides ample margin for long-term, continuous high-speed operation as well as future speed increases and upgrades. In terms of capacity, the 300TPD kraft paper machine’s output of approximately 300 tons per day effectively meets the large-scale production requirements of major paper mills.

This 300TPD kraft paper machine utilizes waste paper as raw material and features a dual-wire forming section with separate stock preparation for the top and bottom layers. The top layer has a basis weight of 25–50 g/m², a stock consistency of 0.35–0.5%, and a retention rate of 45–60%; the bottom layer has a basis weight of 80–140 g/m², a stock consistency of 0.4–0.9%, and a retention rate of 60–75%. The 300TPD kraft paper machine exhibits an average cross-machine direction (CD) shrinkage of approximately 4% and a stock recirculation rate of 10%. Combined with cross-directional basis weight and moisture control, these parameters ensure that the finished paper possesses excellent quality, characterized by good uniformity, high strength, and a smooth surface.
