The forming part of this 2500mm kraft paper machine uses an air-cushion headbox for pulp supply, combined with a double-wire forming configuration—the top wire is 7 m long and the bottom wire is 19 m long. The drying part of this 2500mm kraft paper machine is equipped with 30 Φ1800 mm drying cylinders, arranged in a 10+10+sizing+10+two-roll calender configuration. The maximum steam pressure used in the drying cylinders is 0.5 MPa (working pressure); the steam system is well-designed and highly thermally efficient.

The dynamic balancing speed for the rolls of this 2500mm kraft paper machine is 400 m/min, for the drying cylinders is 400 m/min, and for the paper rollers is 1,000 m/min, ensuring low vibration and a stable paper web during high-speed operation.
