This reject separator utilizes a specially designed rotor that generates powerful centrifugal force during high-speed rotation; combined with the action of back-flushing water, this ensures thorough fiber defibering and effective impurity separation. Pulp enters the reject separator through the inlet; driven by the rotor’s centrifugal force, accepted pulp passes through the screen plate, separating it from the rejects. Simultaneously, the rotor blades convey the rejects forward while providing secondary defibering, and continuous flushing water rinses the rejects to maximize fiber recovery.

This reject separator operates in a fully enclosed manner, preventing pulp splashing and keeping the workshop clean; it reduces the load on downstream wastewater treatment and offers significant energy-saving and environmental benefits. The use of this reject separator enables zero fiber loss. It is equipped with a viewing window for monitoring operational status.
