The 4000mm lightweight corrugated paper machine features an operating speed of 300–350 m/min, a design speed of 400 m/min, a crawling speed of 25 m/min, and a dynamic balancing speed of 500 m/min; the reel drum is dynamically balanced for speeds up to 900 m/min. Utilizing AC motors, variable-frequency speed control, and a sectional drive system, the 4000mm lightweight corrugated paper machine features a single-level layout, a compact structure, and is convenient to operate and maintain.

The headbox and the dewatering elements in the forming section of this 4000mm lightweight corrugated paper machine are optimized for low-basis-weight furnishes. This configuration ensures uniform fiber dispersion across the machine width, resulting in excellent sheet formation and consistent basis weight, while maintaining stable dryness levels at the exit of the forming section and high fiber retention. The 4000mm lightweight corrugated paper machine features a “crawl” speed of 25 m/min to facilitate paper threading and routine maintenance, while its design speed of 400 m/min provides a substantial margin to ensure stable, long-term operation.
