Chain conveyor: plate width=1600mm, feeding capacity=95-300m3/h
D Type Hydrapulper: 30m3, Ø10mm, C=3~5%
High density cleaner: Q=5800～7500l/min, C=3～5%, P= 0.2～0.5MPa
Middle consistency coarse screen: A=1.5m2, h=2.4mm, C=3~4%
Light impurity separator: Ø880mm, h=3mm, C=2.5%
Reject separator: Ø380mm, C=1~2%, Ø4mm
Middle density cleaner: Q=9000～12000l/min, C=2～3%, P=0.2～0.5MPa
Middle consistency fine screen: A=2m2, s=0.22mm, C=2.5~2.8%
Low density cleaner: 1000ml/min, C=1.2%

Eventually, the waste paper turn into fine pulp after a series of screening and deslagging and it will be conveyed into Headbox for paper making.
