This low density cleaner features a modular design, allowing the cone or wear-prone sections to be replaced in situ, thereby reducing downtime and labor intensity. The bottom of the cone in this low density cleaner is made of wear-resistant ceramic. The ceramic surface is smooth and has low frictional resistance, enabling it to maintain a stable de-sanding rate under abrasive conditions while extending the replacement cycle of wear parts.

This low density cleaner offers both open and closed slag discharge options. Open discharge is suitable for applications requiring easy observation and manual intervention, while closed discharge is better suited for production lines with stricter requirements for workshop environment and continuous operation.
