Featuring a bottom-feed configuration, the underfeed rewinder introduces the paper web from below; this clear, accessible web path simplifies tasks such as threading and handling paper breaks, thereby reducing operational complexity while enhancing both the continuity and safety of the rewinding process.

This underfeed rewinder is designed for a maximum machine speed of 600 m/min and an operating speed of 500 m/min. It features a dynamic balance rating of 2.5G at 600 m/min; its rotating components—such as the support rollers—exhibit excellent dynamic balance at high speeds, which helps minimize vibration while ensuring uniform roll tightness and neat, even end faces. The support rolls of this underfeed rewinder have a diameter of φ510 mm, providing a stable foundation and an effective contact surface for the paper roll during operation.
