Leizhan JB Series Paper Pulping Line Agitator

The JB series agitator’s blade design employs an advanced hydraulic model, enabling it to generate sufficient axial thrust with low power consumption, thus driving the pulp in the pulp chest to form an overall circulation. The blade angle of the JB series agitator can be adjusted according to the pulp concentration; low-concentration pulp requires a smaller blade angle and higher rotational speed to maintain turbulent flow, whereas high-concentration pulp requires a larger blade angle to overcome the pulp’s yield stress.

Leizhan has applied wear- and corrosion-resistant treatments to the critical components of the JB series agitator that come into contact with the pulp, enabling them to withstand the abrasive effects of impurities—such as residual sand and metal fragments—found in waste paper pulp. Before leaving the factory, the JB series agitator undergoes dynamic balancing to ensure that operational vibration levels remain within acceptable limits, thereby minimizing abnormal wear on bearings and seals.
