Leizhan’s 65tpd toilet paper machine features a crescent-shaped forming structure and a single-layer arrangement. The main drive power is 380kW, and the largest component, the drying cylinder, weighs approximately 45 tons. Its dimensions are 20000×11000×9000mm (length×width×height). It achieves uniform fiber weaving and efficient dewatering, ensuring the finished paper has excellent uniformity, softness, and strength. The 65tpd toilet paper machine’s basis weight ranges from 13 to 25 g/m², allowing for flexible production of toilet paper products with varying weights.

This 65tpd toilet paper machine operates at a speed of 1300 m/min, with a design speed of 1400 m/min and a dynamic balancing speed of 1600 m/min, achieving a high-efficiency output of 65 tons per day while ensuring stable operation. The 65tpd toilet paper machine’s main drive power is 380 kW, providing ample power to meet the stringent requirements of high-speed continuous production.
