This 40tpd toilet paper machine, through optimizing the headbox turbulence generator and the forming wire dewatering curve, maintains a web basis weight deviation of ≤±2% and a controllable longitudinal tension ratio even at high speeds. By adjusting the pulp ratio, wire dewatering, and creping processes, the 40tpd toilet paper machine can stably switch between 20-45 g/m², meeting the differentiated production needs of paper mills.

This 40tpd toilet paper machine features a cast iron drying cylinder with a wire diameter of 3300-4000mm, heated by supersaturated steam, resulting in high drying efficiency and uniform cylinder surface temperature. The 40tpd toilet paper machine includes pre-installed cleaning channels for the doctor blade and paper guide rope, eliminating the need for disassembly of surrounding components for routine maintenance. Unplanned downtime is ≤3 hours/month.
