The forming section of this 25tpd toilet paper machine is designed for low basis weight thin sheets of 13–25 g/m², ensuring uniform fiber dispersion and smooth dewatering on the wire section, providing a good foundation for subsequent pressing and drying. The pressing section of this 25tpd toilet paper machine adopts a high-efficiency pressing structure, with a maximum roll diameter of 1500 mm, meeting the needs of long-term continuous production. The drying cylinder linear speed of this 25tpd toilet paper machine reaches a maximum of 600 m/min, combined with a doctor blade system with a 25% crease rate, precisely controlling the micro-crease morphology of the paper sheet, giving the finished product a soft and fluffy feel and high absorbency.

The 25tpd toilet paper machine has a total installed power of 659kW and an operating power of 622kW, of which 156kW is transmission power. Through frequency conversion optimization, its actual operating energy consumption is lower than that of similar models. The 25tpd toilet paper machine has a compact overall size (15.5m long × 13.5m wide × 6.95m high), saving factory floor space, and its 3800mm track gauge facilitates installation and maintenance.
