JB Series Agitator for Pulp Chest

JB series pulp chest agitator has high efficiency and excellent mixing performance. It is designed and produced on the base of the introduction of foreign model machine. Its impellers have advanced design, their angle can be adjusted and are easy to maintain, which is suitable for mixing of long-fiber pulp.

Different from the traditional pulp chest agitator, the new type JB series agitator adopts dissociated design. The motor and the impeller are not attached directly each other. They are attached by triangular belt. This design facilitates later maintenance and repair work.

The blade is 304 stainless steel, which has fine mechanical property and strong corrosion resistance.

The angle of blade can be adjusted according to the different consistency of different slurry.
