This low density cleaner operates at consistencies as high as 1.5%; by achieving equal or superior purification efficiency while reducing fiber loss and increasing production capacity, it requires fewer cleaning stages and units, thereby lowering both investment costs and operational energy consumption. This low density cleaner generates a stable vortex with an inlet pressure of only 0.2–0.4 MPa, effectively reducing the power consumption of the pulp pump.

This low density cleaner features a wear-resistant ceramic cone that is both corrosion- and wear-resistant, ensuring a long service life and reduced maintenance costs. The cone is equipped with a valve to allow for precise flow control. Designed for tangential pulp entry, the low density cleaner utilizes gravity to enhance impurity removal efficiency.
