This 150tpd kraft paper machine is designed for the production of 100-120g/m² lightweight kraft paper. It features optimized dewatering elements in the forming zone to ensure uniform fiber dispersion in the horizontal direction, resulting in good paper uniformity and consistent basis weight. The 150tpd kraft paper machine also boasts excellent wire exit dryness and high fiber retention, laying a solid foundation for subsequent pressing and drying.

This 150tpd kraft paper machine is designed for a speed of 350 m/min, with an operating speed of 310 m/min. The dynamic balancing speed is even higher, providing ample speed margin for long-term stable operation. The press section of this 150tpd kraft paper machine adopts a high-efficiency pressing structure, and the large roller diameter design effectively extends the residence time in the pressing zone, improving dewatering efficiency.
