This 400tpd kraft paper machine features a one-and-a-half-layer layout and a right-hand motor design. Its compact structure, stable operation, and convenient maintenance make it an ideal choice for kraft paper manufacturers to increase production capacity and reduce costs. The 400tpd kraft paper machine utilizes a horizontal pneumatic winding mechanism, ensuring neat winding and controllable tension, thus guaranteeing consistent quality of the finished paper rolls.

The press part of this 400tpd kraft paper machine adopts an advanced hydraulic pressurization system with a rated pressure of 16 MPa, a working set pressure of 14 MPa, an oil filtration accuracy of 10 μm, and an oil supply temperature ≤40℃. Through a reasonable linear pressure configuration and efficient dewatering elements, the dryness of the feed cylinder can reach ≥48%. The press section of this 400tpd kraft paper machine uses a large-diameter press configuration, with the φ1500mm large-diameter press roll being the heaviest single component, weighing approximately 38 tons.
