The D-type hydrapulper is suitable for continuous or intermittent pulping of various pulp boards, waste paper, and wet-strength paper. The core innovation of the D-type hydrapulper lies in its D-shaped trough structure, which changes the pulp flow direction of traditional pulpers, causing the pulp flow to always tend towards the center and increasing the pulp level in the center. This also increases the number of times the pulp impacts the impeller, improving the pulp dispersing capacity.

This D-type hydrapulper adopts a new energy-saving VOKES rotor, enhancing hydraulic circulation and fiber descrambling effects. The gap between the rotor and the screen plate is adjustable, ensuring good pulping results for different pulp types and pulping processes. The D-type hydrapulper is equipped with a complete continuous pulping and descrambling system, enabling continuous pulping and descrambling. All parts of the D-type hydrapulper that come into contact with the pulp are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and easy cleaning and maintenance.
