This 150tpd corrugated paper machine employs an open headbox (air cushion type) with a double-layer wire design, adaptable to the fiber characteristics of waste paper pulp. The dewatering elements in the wire section use all-ceramic strips (99% Al₂O₃) + fiberglass matrix, ensuring uniform dewatering and wear resistance; the headbox body is welded stainless steel and stress-free. The drying section of this 150tpd corrugated paper machine is equipped with 18 sets + 10 sets of double-row Ø1800mm drying cylinders (6+6 arrangement in the front section, one set in the rear section), providing strong overall drying capacity.
