Leizhan’s corrugated paper machines operate at speeds of 100–450 m/min, with a design speed of 150–500 m/min. They exhibit low failure rates in the low-to-medium speed range, smooth changes in paper web tension, and good tolerance to fluctuations in waste pulp raw materials. The design speed of 500 m/min provides ample headroom for speed increases. With improvements in raw material conditions or upgrades to downstream equipment, the corrugated paper machine’s potential can be unlocked in a timely manner, achieving a leap in production capacity without requiring a complete machine replacement.
