This 4400mm corrugated paper machine has a dynamic balancing speed of 550 m/min and a winding roll dynamic balancing speed of up to 1500 m/min. High-precision dynamic balancing effectively reduces vibration during high-speed operation, extends equipment lifespan, and ensures stable paper quality. With a working speed of 400 m/min and a design speed of 450 m/min, this 4400mm corrugated paper machine maintains high efficiency in the production of corrugated base paper at 90-150 g/m², with particularly outstanding performance at a test basis weight of 105 g/m².

This 4400mm corrugated paper machine is suitable for a wide range of raw materials, processing various waste paper materials such as OCC (used corrugated cardboard boxes) and AOCC (imported used corrugated cardboard boxes). It can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to the personalized needs of different production processes. The 4400mm corrugated paper machine controls the cross-width moisture difference within ≤±1.0%, the cross-width basis weight difference within ≤±2%, and the cross-width shrinkage rate within ≤3.5～4.5%, ensuring high consistency in moisture content and basis weight across the entire paper roll, providing users with uniformly high-quality finished paper.
