While ensuring product strength, this corrugated paper machine significantly reduces equipment costs and operational/maintenance complexity, effectively mitigating the risk of paper breakage at ultra-high speeds and improving overall yield. Leizhan’s corrugated paper machine offers a basis weight range of 80-180g/m², fully covering the core basis weight range for the corrugated core layer of corrugated cardboard.

Leizhan corrugated paper machines are highly adaptable to various raw materials. Using recycled waste paper (LOCC, OCC) as the main raw material, Leizhan can provide a complete waste paper pulping system, from chain conveyor, bale breaker, drum pulping to high-consistency cleaner, middle consistency screening, fine screening, and double-disc refiner. All Leizhan corrugated paper machines utilize AC variable frequency speed control with distributed transmission, resulting in high speed control precision, significant energy savings, and low maintenance costs.
