The key rolls of this 3900mm corrugated paper machine have all undergone dynamic balancing at 650m/min, effectively reducing vibration under high-speed operation and extending the life of bearings and roller surfaces.

This 3900mm corrugated paper machine is specifically designed for domestic waste paper production. The headbox pulp concentration is controlled at 0.3–0.6%, which is beneficial for fiber dispersion and improves uniformity. Through a dilution water headbox or a cone-tube distributor with a stepped diffuser design, combined with precise lip plate adjustment, the 3900mm corrugated paper machine ensures that lateral basis weight fluctuations are controlled within ±1.5%.
