2400mm Underfeed Rewinder for Paper Mill

This underfeed rewinder employs a underfeed structure, where the paper web is fed in from below the rewinder platform, passes over the support rollers, and is then wound into a roll. The design of this underfeed rewinder features a low center of gravity, stable high-speed operation, a fixed slitting mechanism, independent foundations for each component to prevent vibration transmission, automatic torque difference control of the dual support rollers, intuitive operation, and wide applicability.

The paper unwinding device of this underfeed rewinder is equipped with a braking system that automatically provides and maintains constant tension during rewinding, effectively preventing the paper web from becoming too loose or too tight, and ensuring that the finished paper roll has consistent tension and a flat end face. When the underfeed rewinder stops, it features both electrical and holding brakes for dual braking, reducing the risk of paper breakage and minimizing paper waste. The bottom roll and rear bottom roll of this underfeed rewinder are each driven by an independent motor, supporting forward low-speed paper feeding. The speed difference between the two bottom rolls automatically changes with the rewinding diameter.
