The 220tpd corrugated paper machine’s stepped dewatering and drying curve—20%-22% dryness at the exit roll, 45%-48% at the press roll, 90%-92% dryness before sizing, and 92% dryness at the finished paper—ensures a balanced development of paper strength and surface properties.

All rolls of this 220tpd corrugated paper machine achieve a dynamic balance grade of G1.6, and the drying cylinders achieve a grade of G2.5. This ensures that the equipment maintains extremely low vibration levels even at operating speeds of 350 m/min and design speeds of up to 400 m/min, significantly extending the service life of bearings and roll surfaces and reducing maintenance downtime.
