Paper Pulping System Chain Conveyor

This chain conveyor features a closed design, effectively preventing material leakage from the gaps in the chain plates during transport. The ends of the trough plates utilize a rounded connection process, ensuring uniform gaps between the plates and further guaranteeing no material leakage. The chain conveyor employs a double-row roller traction chain structure, equipped with hollow roller shafts, ensuring adequate lubrication of all chain joints, significantly reducing operational wear and extending equipment lifespan.

The chain conveyor features a V-shaped baffle design, providing an effective conveying width greater than 400mm, significantly increasing material throughput and meeting the feeding requirements of large-scale pulping production lines. The chain conveyor can perform horizontal conveying or conveying at an inclination of less than 30°, primarily used for transporting various bulk or bundled waste paper to the pulper.
