This bale breaker integrates loosening and dry sorting. Through the spiral blades and protrusions on the inner wall of the rotating drum, it repeatedly lifts, beats, and tumbles the waste paper bundles, achieving thorough loosening. This bale breaker reduces impurities entering the pulping system at the source, significantly reducing wear on subsequent equipment, extending equipment lifespan, and increasing pulping output and pulp quality.

The multiple rows of screen holes distributed on the cylinder of this bale breaker perform the sorting function in dry conditions. This bale breaker can be equipped with an intelligent control system to achieve automatic control of the feeding chain motor and the picking belt conveyor, significantly reducing reliance on manual labor and improving the on-site working environment.
