This high density cleaner uses a ceramic core, which has excellent wear resistance and a long service life, significantly reducing equipment replacement frequency and maintenance costs. The smooth surface of the ceramic material effectively reduces the frictional resistance of the pulp flow, thereby reducing power consumption. Clean pulp in this high density cleaner forms an upward spiral motion and is discharged from the good pulp outlet at the top center. Heavy pulp undergoes further washing with flushing water in the lower conical tube, ensuring minimal fiber loss.

This high density cleaner is equipped with a simple and rationally designed slag tank and adopts a pneumatic timed slag discharge method—making it easy to operate, highly automated, and easy to control. This high density cleaner has a simple structure, small footprint, and large production capacity. This high density cleaner is generally placed in the process after pulping and before screening, allowing heavy impurities to be quickly removed before fine pulping, effectively reducing the burden on subsequent pressure screens and other equipment, and extending their service life.
