The ZDFD Series Single Effect Fiber Separator is a new type of equipment suitable for the development of making excellent pulp from waste paper. The shell of the conventional fiber separator is designed to be conical, and the slag discharge tank is at the bottom of the cone end with large diameter. This structure has the following problems:

1. The diameter of the feed end shell is small, and the diameter of the light slag discharge end shell is large, and the rotation speed of the slurry is accelerated when the slurry rotates along the housing, which is not contribute to the separation of the light slag and the slurry.
2. The heavy slag is deposited in the sediment tank by gravity, while the heavy slag is washed by the backwashing water in the process of rotating with the slurry, which is difficult to settle and it is not conducive to the discharge of slag.
