This 500tpd kraft paper machine features a double-layer, right-hand drive layout. Its operating speed reaches 700 m/min, transmission speed 750 m/min, and structural speed 850 m/min. The main drive utilizes a fully digital AC frequency converter speed control system, with a total power of 4609 kW. Daily output can reach 500 tons. The 500tpd kraft paper machine’s basis weight range is 5100 mm (maximum 5200 mm), wire width is 5750 mm, and headbox lip width is 5600 mm.

This 500tpd kraft paper machine is equipped with hydraulic headbox, which has excellent fiber dispersion capabilities, ensuring that the pulp is sprayed onto the forming wire at a uniform speed and concentration, forming a wet paper web with uniform basis weight and good uniformity. The 500tpd kraft paper machine uses a four-roll, three-pressure zone composite press, enabling efficient dewatering and energy saving.
