This low-speed crawling function facilitates paper web feeding, splicing operations, and maintenance, significantly improving operational convenience and safety. The drying cylinder and rotating parts of the 220tpd kraft paper machine have undergone dynamic balancing testing at 500 m/min, achieving extremely low vibration and noise levels under actual operating conditions (350–400 m/min), which is highly beneficial for equipment lifespan and the working environment of operators.

This 220tpd kraft paper machine can achieve a daily output of up to 220 tons under conditions of 125 g/m² basis weight and 350 m/min speed (test operating conditions), enabling continuous and stable large-scale production, significantly reducing the fixed cost per ton of paper, and providing customers with a significant cost advantage.
