All rotating rollers and drying cylinders of this 300tpd kraft paper machine are calibrated to a dynamic balance speed of 650 m/min and a G2.5 grade, far exceeding the actual operating speed, effectively suppressing lateral basis weight fluctuations and the risk of paper breaks.

This 300tpd kraft paper machine, with a basis weight range of 90-150g/m², ensures optimal dehydration and drying performance for the main weight range. Paper mills can flexibly switch between machines based on orders, eliminating the need for multiple machines to prepare materials. Of the 2086kW installed capacity of this 300tpd kraft paper machine, the main drive accounts for 1000-1200kW, with the vacuum and auxiliary systems making up the remaining portion. The overall power configuration is scientific, resulting in a lower energy consumption ratio than older models of the same class.
