This double-disc refiner is equipped with a precise infeed/retractable blade structure, offering convenient control and excellent pulping results. Operators can quickly and accurately adjust the refinement intensity according to pulp properties and process requirements, enabling flexible switching between different paper types. The double-disc refiner employs a single-infeed, double-outfeed fluid flow design, optimizing the pulp flow path within the refining zone.

This double-disc refiner can be equipped with various tooth profiles of grinding discs, making it suitable for a wide range of raw materials. The double-disc refiner employs a splined gap adjustment mechanism to ensure stable refining pressure. In practical applications, the freeness control accuracy can reach ±1°SR. This double-disc refiner is equipped with a European-imported SEW motor, which has low energy consumption and reduces operating costs.
