This 210tpd corrugated paper machine uses a hydraulic or dilution water flow stockbox with a lip width of 4300 mm. It ensures uniform fiber dispersion at 70 g/m² and provides sufficient concentration adjustment range at 120 g/m², with a basis weight difference of ≤±1.5% across widths. The press part of this 210tpd corrugated paper machine uses a large-diameter roll press or shoe press with precisely adjustable linear pressure; prevents crushing at low basis weights; output press dryness ≥44%.

This 210tpd corrugated paper machine operates at a speed of 300-350 m/min, but all rotating rollers are manufactured to a dynamic balancing standard of 500 m/min, with the winding rollers tested at 900 m/min. This means that at 350 m/min, roller vibration is minimal, bearing life is extended by more than 30%, paper width basis weight fluctuations are reduced, paper defect rate is lowered, and the risk of paper breakage is significantly reduced. The 210tpd corrugated paper machine is designed for a speed of 400 m/min and a crawling speed of 25 m/min—this combination ensures sufficient speed for normal production while providing a safe low-speed mode for paper feeding and cleaning.
