Leizhan’s dryer cylinders are made of high-quality materials, ensuring high strength, high hardness, excellent fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance. The outer surface of the dryer cylinder is precision ground, and the inner surface is machined, achieving a hardness of HB190–240 and a surface roughness of ≤0.8μm, ensuring uniform adhesion between the paper and the cylinder surface and efficient heat transfer.

The dryer cylinders are designed to operate at pressures of 0.3–0.8 MPa, with a maximum operating pressure of 0.5 MPa. Each dryer cylinder undergoes a 1.0 MPa hydrostatic test before leaving the factory to ensure absolute safety and reliability under high-pressure steam conditions.
