This screen basket is designed based on Leizhan’s extensive experience in designing, manufacturing, and applying ZNS series middle consistency pressure screens and NLS type low-pulse inflow pressure screens, covering all process stages from coarse screening to fine screening, and from pulping to approach inflow system. All Leizhan screen baskets undergo dynamic balancing and pressure testing before leaving the factory to ensure no vibration and no leakage after installation.

For the acidic and alkaline environments and chloride ion corrosion present in waste paper pulp processing, stainless steel’s superior corrosion resistance effectively extends the service life of the screen baskets under harsh working conditions.
