Leizhan’s ZNS middle consistency pressure screens offers a complete model matrix from 0.3m² to 6m² screening area, meeting the capacity requirements of various production lines from small to large scale.

Leizhan’s ZNS middle consistency pressure screen is equipped with a dedicated heavy slag discharge pipe to ensure that the screen drum is not damaged by heavy impurities during operation, extending the service life of the screen drum and reducing operating costs. Leizhan’s ZNS middle consistency pressure screen is equipped with automatic oil injection device imported from South Korea, reducing maintenance workload; automatic sealing water flow detection and alarm device imported from Finland, ensuring safe operation; and interlocking system to ensure the equipment’s service life.
