4300mm Kraft Liner Paper Making Machine

This paper machine is a 4300 multi-wire multi-cylinder paper machine, used to produce 100-300g/m² kraft liner paper. The wire part uses five φ1800 cylinder mould pressure formers for sizing and vacuum return rollers. The press part uses one vacuum press and two large roller diameter presses, and adopts a hydraulic pressurization system. The drying part adopts a square box frame with good ventilation performance, and the 4300mm kraft liner paper making machine adopts a semi-open steam hood.

Wire part (5 φ1800 cylinder mould), φ800 vacuum return roller, one vacuum press (φ1000/φ950), two large roller diameter presses (φ1350/φ1350), 24 sets of φ1800 drying cylinders (8+8+8) , sizing machine (φ1000/φ1005), 12 sets of φ1800 drying cylinders, two-roller calender (φ700/φ700), horizontal paper reel, frame rewinder.
