Working Principle of Flotation Deinking Machine

In this equipment, a special structure of interstage separation device is used to form a hierarchical multi-level flotation, preventing the mixing of different flotation stages of pulp. The dispersion of air and the mixing of pulp are achieved through a specially developed non clogging jet system. This unique installation structure allows the pulp to circulate internally, and the air is used multiple times in the pulp, greatly improving the utilization rate of air and ink removal efficiency.
