High Density Cleaner, Waste paper Pulp, Impurities Removing

High-Density-Cleaner-for-Removing-Impurities-Removing High Density Cleaner is used for removing larger foreign particles under high consistency, such as staples, stones, glasses and etc. It’s a perfect equipment to get high quality slurry, and it is also an essential machine to purify waste paper. High Density Cleaner depends on the different specific gravity of impurities in waste paper pulp to remove them, so it doesn’t need a motor, low electricity consumption.

Employ & Operation

1. High Density Cleaner can be singly used , and it can also work more then one in parallel.
2. Before starting up, the high pressure water valve should be opened, so that the sediment tank and cleaner are full of water. Then open fan pulp pump and adjust the high pressure water flow to stop fiber entering sediment tank.
3. Observe pressure gauge of inlet and outlet pipe, adjust flow control valve, so that the pressure difference of inlet and outlet meets process requirements.

High Density Cleaner has pneumatic, electric and hand-actuated valves. The automatic valve is from Linuo, which own the best quality.
Equip with PLC control cabinet, convenient and easy to control, automatic deslagging one time every five minutes.
Doesn’t need tailing process equipment because of the high deslagging efficiency, the impurities in waste paper pulp can directly discharges.
The texture of two cones is ceramic, which is more wearable. The thickness of cones are about 30mm.
