Three Ways to solve the Paper Machine Press Section Problems

When the press section felt is deflected, it should be adjusted manually in the first. If it is not possible to adjust, operator should press the emergency stop switch immediately to protect the equipment.
When the press section scraper stuck to the pulp, the paper goes up with the felt. It can be treated by stopping the slurry pump. If there is no time to do it, operator should press the red emergency stop button immediately to ensure the safety of the equipment.
When the pressure part appears the broken paper, the broken paper can not be pulled out in time. And the wind coming out of the blowpipe still could not blow away the broken paper. Therefore, the whole paper sheet still flies into the first stage pressure area, the second stage pressure area caused equipment parts damage. In this case, the operator should immediately press the emergency stop button. (Press roller can be raised directly by hand according to the existing modification procedures, and the pressure department is interlocked and stopped.)
