Efficient Reject Separator for Tailing Treatment

PZ Series Reject Separator is an ideal equipment for the coarse screen system for waste paper pulp. It is a specialized equipment in dealing with the tailing produced by fiber separator and pressure screen.

For the difference in waste paper, the waste paper pulp has a great number of impurities. Reject Separator can remove light impurities and separate the plastic sheets of fiber. It doesn’t block the sieve plate so customer has no need to stop equipment running for cleaning.

Product Superiority:

Reject separator is running under an ordinary pressure closed condition. It can consistently deslagging and has no phenomena of blocking, splashing, shaking and noise.

Reject separator has a low fiber loss rate. The fiber recovery rate is up to around 70%, the pulp inlet concentration is 1%-2%, the deslagging concentration is 15%-20%.

Compared with other coarse screen device, PZ series reject separator adopt openable upper cover which makes it is more easy to maintain.

The motor power of reject separator as low as 22 kw. Low energy consumption can reduce cost for paper-making factory.
