1. The machine consists of a main engine pulping mechanism, a turbine feed mechanism, a bearing support mechanism, a coupling and a base plate.
2. The machine consists of two grinding zones fixed on the main body of the grinding case and two fixed grinding discs fixed on the  feed cutter disc and two rotor grinding discs.

3. The slurry enters the center of the grinding area by two inlet pipes on the main body of the casing and the stator cutter head. Under the centrifugal force and inlet pressure, the slurry passes through the grinding area and finishes the beating process through the impact of the grinding area teeth disc, and is delivered out of the pulp outlet.
4. Spline floating connection is adopted between rotor positioning disc and spindle, which can make flexible axial movement.
5. The adjustment of grinding disc clearance is manual adjustment, which drives the mother screw to rotate by the transmission of worm and worm wheel, makes the screw drive the stator into the cutter disc to move axially, changes the gap between the two grinding intervals, and makes the gap and pressure of the grinding disc meet the technological requirements. The magnitude of current is the indication of the pressure in the grinding area.
