press section sizing machine

The press section is consisted of a vacuum suction pick-up roll and two sets of blind hole press roll with large diameter. The paper machine also equipped with a hydraulic head box and a single forming wire and a slope two-roll size press device in the drying part.

Structure Features:

Headbox: Adopt hydraulic headbox and high turbulence generator, effectively prevent fiber aggregation and make spray flow more stable and uniform.

Long Net Section: single long net, net case length is 21 m long, with a polyester forming net and a cantilever type net change.

Press Section: vacuum suction pick-up roll, two sets of blind hole press roll with large diameter.

Dry Section: 49 pieces Φ1800 mm×4850 mm cylinders, 33 pieces in pre-drying section, 16 pieces in back dry section, maximum working pressure is 0.5 MPa.

Sizing Machine: slope two-roll size press device, Φ1050 mm, single-sided sizing amount 2.5 g/m².

Reeling Machine: pneumatic type, reeling width: 4600 mm, reeling cylinder diameter: Φ1100 mm, reeling roll diameter: Φ520 mm, maximum reeling diameter: Φ3000 mm.
