Pneumatic Doctor Blade is an important part of the paper machine. The pneumatic tire pressure scraper body is made of all stainless steel. The doctor blade device consists of three parts: pneumatic thumb, scraper body and swing device. The core component is the pneumatic thumb.

The scraper blade is inserted in the middle of the pneumatic thumb knife magazine. The pressure of the doctor blade is accomplished by two pneumatic tires that pressurize and depressurize the pneumatic thumb. The doctor blade body is used to solidify the pneumatic thumb, and it must have sufficient rigidity and straightness.
