Cleaning and Screening

The purpose of this step is removing various kinds of light and heavy impurities, such as iron wire,stamples, glasses,etc. The waste paper pulp was sent to the cleaner equipment and screening equipment, such as high density cleaner, pressure screen and etc.

Deinking

Sometimes there are ink particles in waste recycled pulp. Deinking can availably and further remove them. The equipment used in this process is flotation deinking machine.

Pulp Beating

The slurry needs to be refined according to the different paper types. For example,the beating degree of toilet paper is about 52%, while the beating degree of culture paper is about 40%.
