SAKZ Pulp Pump adopts open high-distortion impellers with 3, 4 or 6 blades. We reference the advanced abroad pump technology, and based on that, we widen the flow passage so that it can transport the paper pulp, which contains lots of air, longer fibers or bigger granules.
What’s more, the throughput capacity is much stronger, and the maximum conveying concentration can reach reach 6%.

Our pulp pumps are more wearable, since they were added the three triangular boards on the rear end plate of impeller. With this assembly our pulp pump is able to well handle the situation of coarse paper pulp & large impurities.

Processing Requirements

Inpeller, front wear plate & rear guard board adopt precision casting & numerical control processing, and dynamic balance is consucted(level G6.3). These ensure our pulp pump has the advantages of high efficient, low energy consumption, stable operation. Other pump parts adopts metal mold and phenolic sand molding for casting, which can ensure the accurate molded lines of casting, uniform wall thickness, clean surface & long service life. The bearing has higher rigidity and precision to make sure that pulp pump can stable & reliable operate.
