Bales Breaker is mainly used for waste paper bales breaking and selecting. It can also screen and remove impurities.

Function of Bales Breaker

1.Bales Breaking Function:  big waste paper bales enters the Bales Conveyor. With the mechanical impact, they disperse to paper filler, and further disperse to fluffy paper pieces.
2. Screening Function:  In the whole paper bales breaking process, the thin impurities mixed up with paper bales will be shaken off and removed from screen hole.
3. Deslagging Function:  The scientific arrangement of screen hole and inner stock guide provides significant condition of screening small impurities in waste paper.
4. The construction of Bales Breaker is simple, easy to maintain.
5. Bales Breaker can remove the impurities under dry condition, which can not only improve the pulp quality, but also remove more than 80% impurities. Therefore, it can greatly reduce the wear for pulp pump, Cleaner, Pressure Screen and other equipment.
6. Stabilize the Hydrapulper consistency. Bales Breaker can equably disperse raw material, which can ay down Bales Conveyor in a equal thickness. Only when the Hydrapulper consistency is steady, the whole paper pulping line can be steady.
