D type continuous pulping system for paper mill is mainly used for pulping waste paper materials with high debris content such as LOCC and AOCC.
D type continuous pulping system can make the plastic, foam and other light and heavy impurities in the pulp be removed from the pulper tank before being broken or before it fails to pass through the pulper screen plate, thereby reducing the impurities in the pulper tank debris content, keep the pulping continuous, and improve production capacity.

D type continuous pulping system consist of D type hydrapulper, Hydrapurger, Drum screen, Ragger, Rope cutter, Grappler and trash well.
D type hydrapulper is the main body of continuous pulping system.
Hydrapurger regularly draws out the impurities in the pulper.
Drum screen is mainly used to dehydrate the slag cleaned by Hydrapurger.
Ragger is used to remove large tangled impurities in D type pulper.
Rope cutter is used to cut the windings excluded by the Ragger.
Grappler is mainly used to remove heavy slag from the trash well。
