Corrugated/ Fluting Paper Machine Headbox

Corrugated/Fluting paper machine headbox is consisted of distribution system, rectifier device, nozzle device, flow chamber and support, air supply system.
Distribution system：
The distribution system uses tapered header for coming stock flow and a step diffuser to evenly distribute the stock across the machine.

Rectifiers device：
The device has two rectifier rolls (slice rectifier roll and throat rectifier roll), double helix lined hole and the material is stainless steel (SUS 304)
Nozzle device：
The nozzle is consist of upper slice and bottom lip, upper slice adjustor, slice lip，slice lip adjustor and upper slice open degree indicator.
Flow chamber and support：
Front and back walls of flow chamber are welded by stainless steel(SUS304). The structural part and the stiffened board are made of stainless steel (SUS304). The walls at two sides are manufactured by stainless steel (SUS 304) and the bottom board is made of stainless steel. (SUS 304)
Air supply system：
In order to provide clean and stable compressed air to the headbox separately, the air supply system is consisted of a low impulse three-lobe helical roots blower, necessary filler, muffler and vibration-proof platform
