Main Structure of 4600 Corrugated Paper Machine

Headbox: hydraulic type, in which the bottom wire has a dilution water system.
Wire Part: It adopts the form of triple wire. Cantilever pull-out screen changer, lever structure type.
Press Part: It consists of a vacuum suction and four-roller three-press pressing. All press rollers are covered with polyurethane rubber. Pressing, pressurization and lifting adopt hydraulic devices.
Drying Part: In order to effectively ensure the drying capacity of the drying section, the drying section of this program is equipped with 41 sets of φ1800
cylinder and 9 sets of φ1500VAC cylinders.
