High Consistency Hydrapulper is one of the equipments developed by Leizhan Company to break down pulping raw materials. Its scope of application is mainly the waste paper deinking process. Under high-consistency conditions, the High Consistency Hydrapulper can break down waste paper and achieve ink separation.

The High Consistency Hydrapulper achieves the separation of ink particles and fibers through the friction between fibers at a high pulp concentration of 12-18%. In addition, the high-consistency pulper is equipped with a special spiral rotor that can enhance the friction between fibers.
